I've never seen any hair on his beautifully smooth chest during years of watching, and there's nothing here that shows any. His only great fault is that he has never spent enough time out of his clothes to sufficiently display what a marvelous bit of Canada he is. I also wondered what he looked like sans shirt. Thanks for answering that question. I swear, sometimes you're like a reference library! A producer said about the nude scene (You only did the close ups!) that Michael was like a werewolf. A pretty facetious remark. Considering I didn't see a lick of hair on his legs, I'm pretty sure he doesn't shave either. Somebody will have to ask Lexa Doig, his wife (in the background on the last picture), about it. I always thought of my archaeologists as more normal, not the buffed up kind. Then again, that's probably why they do keep him clothed for the most part. And on a SG1 Highlight on SciFi, the guy who plays Telc was asked what viewers might find interesting about Shanks and he said "they would not believe how long it takes for him to shave his body". He said it on stage at some Con last year AND I've seen him up close with a few top shirt buttons undone - You definitely see stubble....
