Update on me...
Well, as some of you have gathered, things have changed around here. And I apologize for my continued absences. But I've had some fairly major upheavals in my life and right now I just can't continue on the way I was.
Perhaps at some point in the future I'll be able to bring back the Daily Slap, but I can't promise a specific date. I will continue to post various things here and there, but it really can't be anything regular - just when the mood strikes me.
Sorry to be so cryptic, but I'm just not ready to discuss what's going on in public yet - it's still too new.
I appreciate those of you who continue to visit on occasion, and I certainly understand if you choose not to. Regardless, the best way to keep up with the foolishness I will continue to post is with your favorite RSS news reader. Personally I like Bloglines, but your mileage may vary.
So if you feel like it, add me to your news feeds and see the occasional post about a Lego Death Star or a hot Aussie TV star. And maybe I'll be able to bring the Slap back some day. And at some point I'll explain what's going on. I've gotten enough support from you guys - and I don't even know you! - so I feel like I owe you an explanation eventually.
Don't worry about explanation, it's your life so you owe us nothing. I just hope that everything goes alright. With peace and love...

Hi Rob! You have always been one on my favourites list and u always will b! U have been posting slaps regularly and have worked real hard not only for urself but for US also! We have lovely memories of the daily visits and excitement of everyday to check the visual treat prepared for us by u! I can live with that and keep visiting u from time-to-time. AUGH!!! How is it that Gloria Allred shows her face every-fucking-where?? That woman is the ultimate leech. I am so fucking SICK OF HER!! I don't know what part she played in getting the CA supreme court to overturn the ban on gay marriage - I can only assume that she was one of the attorneys for the plaintiffs. And for that I thank her.
YUCK! Gloria Allred. As big a media whore as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, (NOW APPEARING! -- if there is a microphone and a TV camera!) None of them ever on the forefront, always coming in through the back door.
