Need some writing

Slap! - Sean Hayes
I've wanted to Slap Sean Hayes forever. I always thought he was wicked cute on Will & Grace, but it was nearly impossible to find any skin pics. But I had Lifetime on in the background today - for The Golden Girls, doncha know? - and Will & Grace came on. I suppose it was the only episode where Jack had his shirt off? I certainly don't remember another, although I confess that I gave up on the show after a few seasons.

Sean also played the sympathetic Billy, smitten with the stunning Gabriel (played by Brad Rowe) in Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss. And he had a very small role as the soulless Hollywood agent Richard Levy the Shameless in Win a Date with Tad Hamilton.

And if you have any more pictures of Sean that you'd be willing to share, send them along!

More Sean Hayes

He's actually quite attractive when he's not doing his schtick and acting like a relatively calm person. Problem is every time I see him on TV he seems like he is "ON".
Brandon Humphries | 2011-05-09 21:51

I agree that Sean's a very attractive man when he's not playing "Jack". I loved him in "Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss" with Brad Rowe.
Scorch1 | 2011-05-09 21:51

I agree with the other comments, when i first saw "Billy's" i kept thinking who is that hot guy he looks so familiar. When i realized it was Sean it all came to light given the right role and setting he has a chance to show everyone else just how friggin handsome and hot he is and how he can really be.
Tim | 2011-05-09 21:51

Sean is actually attractive and funny in Tad Hamilton. With Josh Duhamel. And isn't Josh worthy of being slapped?
dave | 2011-05-09 21:51

This seems like a good strategy...
Benny Hinn is a televangelist who finds himself in need of a jet. And it's all to spread the word of god, of course. He doesn't need one of the fastest and most technologically advanced aircraft in the world for himself, for christ's sake!!! It's all about spreading the word of god! And what better way than at 42,000 feet surrounded by $45,000,000 worth of luxury? Makes sense to me...

Which is why I'm changing the name of this blog to "Bent Blog Ministries", and I have my eye on a jet like Benny's:

Sounds like a HA HA on the usual christers.

Here is the rub: He Will Get It!!

The same people who think we are in Iraq to fight terror--not find oil-- will send in beaucoup bucks for poor Benny to speed to the souls in need--or to Las Vegas.

Mr Hinn BTW is a lebanese Roman Catholic converted to evangelicali$m, or the road to TV riche$.

Slap! - Alessandro Nivola
I've had several requests for today's Slap - from Mike, Tom & Greg - and Greg was kind enough to send me a little reminder.

Alessandro Nivola is definitely worth a Slap. Even if you thought Jim Verraros was, in fact, plucked within an inch of his life, you really can't say that about Alessandro.

Alessandro has been in a number of movies, including the truly dreadful Jurassic Park III. And the very enjoyable Laurel Canyon. He currently has 5 projects in production, including 3 listed as "filming". Hopefully they are, for the most part, filming him without his clothes.

Or at least without his shirt. He has quite a nice furry chest that would be great to see more of!

More Alessandro Nivola

He graduated from Yale School of Drama.
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

One of the sexiest men in movies (mostly indies), and a very good actor. he's married but happily, he's willing to bare all onscreen. he gets me all worked up...
wes | 2011-05-09 21:51

Very good slap!

He has it all - the face, the dimples, the great chest, nice butt, and isn't afraid to show it all. I know he's married, but fantasize otherwise . . .
Michael | 2011-05-09 21:51

He was the only thing worth watching in that dinosaur movie.

Slap! - Jason Priestly
Lloyd gets credit for suggesting today's Slap, actor Jason Priestly. Jason is, I imagine, best known for his role as Brandon Walsh in Beverly Hills, 90210.

I remember watching a fair amount of 90210 in the first season - the guys were hot, after all - but my interest waned rapidly; Melrose Place was much more entertaining I thought.

Jason still appears to be doing a fair amount of work, including in the upcoming mini-series Everest which sounds promising.

The good news about today's Slap is that there's a much obscured, but still real, picture of Jason's bits (after the jump). For those inquiring minds ready to add it to their Netflix queue, it's from Calendar Girl.

More Jason Priestly

Jason was great in Die, Mommie, Die, with Charles Busch. He did a parody of every dim-witted, big schlonged movie gigolo.
dave | 2011-05-09 21:51

Slap! - Skeet Ulrich
I got a couple of requests for Slapping this guy over the past couple of months - from "beachguy" and Al. I've thought Skeet Ulrich was a hottie ever since I saw him in Scream.

But it seems like I had a really tough time rounding up good pics of him with his shirt off. For his Slap, however, I managed to find some pretty good ones - especially the ones from Dreamcaps of Skeet in Jericho, currently showing on CBS. There were some really nice shots of him coming out of the shower only in a towel.

He also played for a while in the short-lived series Miracles. He seems, according to IMDb, to have stopped making movies - which is fine because that means we can see him every week! Hopefully it'll mostly be in his towel.

More Skeet Ulrich

Skeet made a lame movie with Bridget Fonda some years back. He did a bare butt scene. Not bad either.
Leo Chat | 2011-05-09 21:51

The name of the movie he was in with his sweet bare butt was called Touch. It is also available on DVD- perfect to freeze frame on that scene :o)

Slap! - David Chokachi
Mike wrote recently to ask how, if I'd Slapped David Charvet, I could possibly have missed today's victim David Chokachi.

Well, that's easy enough - I'd never heard of him...

But now I certainly have - he's quite the hottie. I have to confess, he looks a bit like he spent too much time in the sun, but other than that he's stunning. And obviously he was in Baywatch, obviously with the aforementioned David Charvet.

He appears to be in a new series this season, called Beyond the Break in which, according to IMDb, "Four girls vie to become world-class surfers." Hmmm. Sounds like high drama to me - they won't be exploiting the skin angle at all...

More David Chokachi

Update: Alan was kind enough to share some of his collection of pics of David. Check 'em out after the jump!

Cute ass!
Kevin | 2011-05-09 21:51

I think the first photo is of someone else - although, also nice!
Thom | 2011-05-09 21:51

David = gorgeous

David w/ chest hair = orgasmic

I forgot where I saw David letting his chest hair grow in - finally, after all those years on "Baywatch" - and, for fans of chest hair, he is a sight to behold. I'll dig around and see if they turn up....
bron | 2011-05-09 21:51

I always thought he was a little hotter than David Charvet, although they are both pretty wonderful!

Cupre was kind enough to send this link to a story in Parade Magazine about ">Jamie Bamber. The text isn't available online until 11/28, but if you get a newspaper you probably already have it.

And there are always the pictures...

Oh my.

The photo in "Parade" is actually kind of cute. V-neck white T-shirt, with Calvins showing.
ubu | 2011-05-09 21:51

Random hottie!
John, formerly of The Beav, sent along this hottie that I thought I'd share...

Um. As far as I can tell, he plays for Wake Forest... But I don't know who he is.

This is Riley Skinner, a FRESHMAN quarterback for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. He was born October 21, 1986 and his hometown is Jacksonville, FL. Nothing else to say - I think I'll just sit here and drool.
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

Oh, he's so cute! Like a witto snuggawee pussycat. Lick @ kitten.
denny | 2011-05-09 21:51

With any luck we'll all get to drool over him in an upcomming Abercrombie & Fitch advertising campaign.

Slap! - Jim Verraros
Today's Slap, to follow up on my last, is Jim Verraros. Jim stars with Wednesday's Slap, Marco Dapper, in Eating Out 2: Sloppy Seconds. Honestly, I have to say that I kinda prefer Jim to Marco. He just has a more natural look about him, I guess - Marco seems to have been plucked and preened to within an inch of his life. Not that Marco's bad to look at or anything - and I'd love to be the meat in their sandwich, but....

Oh, and thanks go to Jim (who sent the Marco pics) for sending a couple of the good shots of Jim V. too. Thanks, Jim!!

More Jim Verraros

And Jim is not plucked, waxed, and gel'd to within a micrometer of his life? Please, the guy looks he was poured into a mold he's so over primped.

Alas, I wouldn't kick him out of my bed though.
Brandon Humphries | 2011-05-09 21:51

Ick @ this one. Not the slightest but handsome, really - he just has a snotty look on his face, and not friendly in any way. Not someone most would bother to chat-up in real life.
denny | 2011-05-09 21:51

Who's the hottie in the fouth picture? He seems familiar, I think from 90210 or Melrose Place... could i be msitaken? He seems like a good candidate for a follow-up slap :)
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

Jim looks MUCH better in most of these pix than he did in the trailer for the movie. In the trailer, he looked pretty wimpy.

Missed slaps
I have to apologized for missing a couple of Slaps over the holidays. The cabin where we were doesn't have internet access, so I was having to drive to a free hot spot. Well, that worked swell on Wednesday, but on Thursday, instead of getting into the car, I got into the vodka.

And Friday, as you might expect, I got into the aspirin.

So I'll try to make up for it in the next couple of days. Plus, I'm getting a Spring EvDO card, so I'll be able to Slap from the cabin next time!!

In all sincerity, however, I do hope everyone had a very happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Holiday to you too... no worry about the delayed slaps, it was nice to spend a few extra days with Marco!
Rich | 2011-05-09 21:51

hey, no problem.Hope you enjoyed the holiday. Here in Canada our Thanksgiving is on your Presidents' Day in October. That helps to spread out holiday long weekends throughout the year. As well our harvest is earlier due to the colder weather.

Slap! - Marco Dapper
Well, I was casting around for a Slap again this morning, and Jim was kind enough to come through with some pics of today's hottie - of course, he's working p.r. for the film, but what are you gonna do?

Anyway, Marco Dapper is the former UPS guy tapped to play in the "first gay sequel film in the U.S." (anywhere ?), Eating Out 2: Sloppy Seconds. He plays the questioning Troy, who finds himself as the object of Kyle's affection - Kyle played by openly gay former American Idol contestant, Jim Verraros. Jim, you remember, was also in the first Eating Out opposite former Slap Ryan Carnes. Hopefully we'll get more skin on Jim in this movie, so I can give him a good hard Slap too!

And while we're discussing the sequel, which opens Friday in N.Y. and L.A., there's lots of stuff floating around out there:

QueerBeacon has a very positive review.

Oh La La has a trailer with full frontal (it's at the end).

boy culture has an interview with Marco.

And Jim sent a link to another trailer on YouTube:

More Marco Dapper

Update: I found a better pic of Marco's frontal on Dreamcaps. My god look at those balls!

Dapper, indeed. Thanks for Giving!

Slap! - David Charvet
Marvin wrote to suggest today's Slap - and Don had sent a lovely pic of this guy ages and ages ago. David Charvet is, by a mile, best known for his work on Baywatch Hawaii. Strictly speaking, IMDb lists him as having been in only 10 episodes, but he was in all of them, right?

Marvin also had this career note:

He did a couple of forgettable films, Deceived and Betrayed with Susan Lucci and the Derby.
David is DEFINITELY a hottie, but I wish he wouldn't shave his chest so much - it looks like he has a nice patch of fur on there, it would be great if we could see more of it.

Marvin also noted that David is engaged to Brook Burke, but one of the things I read somewhere said the engagement is off. I dunno, but maybe he broke up with her so he could switch to our team. Maybe??

More David Charvet

Such a beautiful man. Perfect body, and I love the blue eyes. I am not ashamed to say I watched Baywatch and Baywatch Hawaii. Come on, hot guys every week (excluding David Hasselhoff), who wouldn't watch it. He was on the original Baywatch several seasons before it changed to Hawaii.
Eric B. | 2011-05-09 21:51

Slapdate! - Daniel Craig
There's been a clamor, lately, for a Slap of Daniel Craig, due to the fact that Casino Royale was just released. I haven't seen it yet, but I fully intend to. And be sure to check out QueerBeacon's review. There's no gay content, but I don't think I'm spoiling it by telling you that Augusto called it:

Best. Bond. Ever.

More Daniel Craig

So anyway, hat tip to James, Philip - and a couple of other people whose e-mails I seem to have lost - for requesting him.

Hottest. Bond. Ever. EVER. When he came out of the ocean in his square-cut bathing suit I thought I would pass out. That scene is seared onto my brain.
Sam | 2011-05-09 21:51

oh so hot, i can't wait to see the movie. thanks for the skin pix!
dae | 2011-05-09 21:51

Very good and gritty Bond. One that takes great pleasure in killing bad guys, and guys who may not be so bad! Oh well, it's just a movie.

About that scene in the bathing suit; the water must have been very cold!
Chuck | 2011-05-09 21:51

He is not an attractive man, but there is something about him that is almost sexy. I still think Clive Owen would have been the better Bond.
Squeaky | 2011-05-09 21:51

Once again, as has happened before, I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind on my e-mail. I promise I'm trying to get to everyone - and I got a good number out tonight, but I've got miles to go before I sleep. And I'm gonna sleep anyway.

Hmmm - somehow I missed the fact, when I was Slapping him, that I had some good shots of Milo Ventimiglia on my hard drive. But that's fixed now - you can see the new pics here.

Slap! - Dylan McDermott
Today's Slap goes out to Dermot Mulroney ... er. I mean Dylan McDermott. Mike and Lou both requested him - probably 1,000 years ago. And I can't believe it's taken this long for me to get him in -- hell, I was reviewing my suggestion list tonight and I couldn't believe the number of hotties in there that I've never Slapped. But tonight Dermot Dylan just jumped off the screen and into my lap, so he's the man.

And seriously, don't you always get Dylan and Dermot confused? Or is that just me? Fine. Shut up.

So let's see what Dylmot has been up to. He's best known, I gather for playing Bobby Donnell in The Practice. Which I'm gonna have to take for granted, because I've never watched an episode. Is it still on? Should I be watching? Or am I gonna have to look in Netflix?

And it looks like he had a one-episode deal-io on Will & Grace. One of Will's boyfriends that he never kissed, I suppose?

Oh hey! Look at that! He also played "Bobby Donnell" in 2 episodes of Ally McBeal. Surely it wasn't a spinoff? Just a character crossover or something? Anyway, here's Dylmot in all his furry glory:

More Dylan McDermott

P.S. That is some nice fur, I have to say!

he was also husband to Julia Roberts in Steele Magnolia's. I love this man... he's WAY hot!
dae | 2011-05-09 21:51

I think the Ally McBeal eps were a crossover between what were (at the time) the two hottest legal shoes on T.V.

Slap! - Will Chalker
Xavier wrote to suggest today's Slap, model Will Chalker. On Celebrity Male Models Will is described as an alternative to the "typical" male model of late:

...handsome but gentlemanly, well built and healthy, he marks a move away from fashion's drawn-out obsession with boyish, sallow androgyny.
Um, OK. I guess I would have said he looks rather typical to me - not that it's in any way a bad thing - he's fabulous. I dunno - what do you think? Is Will a refreshing change in the world of male models? Or is he more of the same? And for that matter, how does he compare to Channing Tatum?

More Will Chalker

Wow!! Yum! I've never seen him b4, but VERY nice. I'd say he's 1/2 a peg below Channing & that's not bad at all!!
Martin | 2011-05-09 21:51

THANK YOU!!! *drool*
Xavier | 2011-05-09 21:51

Certainly doesn't mind showing off his..."plumage" and neither do I, if you know what I mean, wink wink nudge nudge. Very nice.
Brandon Humphries | 2011-05-09 21:51

More comparable to Josh Wald, and therefore a step up from Channing Tatum. Josh and Will have the advantage of looking approachable and fun to hang out with, as well as being fucking hot. Channing has the hot factor, no doubt about it, but doesn't look as fun, in or out of bed.

Slap! - Austin Drage
Today's Slap goes out to the wickedly hot U.K. singer Austin Drage. Famousmales forums had a nice set of his pics up the other day, and I just couldn't resist.

He truly has an amazing body, and his six pack abs look absolutely stunning the way they perch above his white boxer briefs. And the tattoo - I don't know for sure if it's real because some pictures show him without it, but it's probably just a recent addition - is fabulous. I'd really like to sketch that on with my tongue...

Interestingly, Austin was in a show in the U.K. called Boys Will be Girls, where three guys dressed as girls and tried to form a "girl band". Lord. What a waste of a hottie! Of course, if you're of the same mind as my husband, your response to Austin will be "I'd rather sleep with a woman!", so maybe that show is appropriate.

More Austin Drage

Today's Slap goes out to Eric Lindros, at the request of Drew, who was nice enough to send along his collection of Eric pics and make my job way too easy.

Eric is a hockey player (duh!) for the Dallas Stars, and I think Eric should more than satisfy those of you who complain about the "clones" that often are featured here. Eric may be the "realest real man" I've had here in a while. After all, he's 6' 5" and weighs 237 lbs - and that's some hairy chest on him.

This is to give a shout out to my friend Tim, who runs Connexion is, by Tim's description, "social networking with a twist". The twist in this case is the eActivist function - it will keep you up to date about voting and elections.

Connexion has all sorts of functions to make voting easier, including resources about your voter registration, polling places, issues and candidates on your ballot, etc. During this last election - here in Colorado - Connexion was great. I got occasional reminders about the election and the stakes involved, and I'm sure the same kind stuff was going on in the other states with important issues on the ballot. And it's not just for Colorado (although it may be just for the U.S., I honestly don't know); you can use it to write to your elected officials. Hell, during the last election, I could have used Connexion to e-mail all my straight friends and send them resources about the importance of the various referenda here (I didn't use it because I opted to talk personally with everyone, but the resource was available).

Oh, and it's got some great community features too - you can meet guys, chat, join or create groups -- or you can just look at pics of hot guys if you want...

So come on! join Connexion now! It's free and easy! And I know you won't get any spam - Tim's at least as strict as I am about his no spam policies.

Update: To answer Gemini6ice's question, it looks like your first name will be revealed to others on the site, but not your other information.

Why is it that the gay community has rolled over and accepted LGBT as the defining abbreviation for the gay community as a whole?

In my mind, it should always be Gay-Lesbian-Bisexual-Transgendered (GLBT) and that's about it. When and where in the hell did it become politically correct to put the Lesbians in front of the generally more acceptable catch-all phrase of being GAY? I never encountered "L" before "G" until a few years ago, but now it seems ever so prevalent and acceptable. I just don't think it's right. We are all gay, only when asking for specifics should we label ourselves as any of the other myriad of alphabetic mnemonics.

I'll step off my soapbox now. . .

mark | 2011-05-09 21:51

You left out "Q" as in "Queer." Now the preferred acronym seems to be "LGBTQ." For some people, particularly the up-and-coming generation, "Queer" seems to be a more comprehensive term to describe sexuality that is not at one end or the other of the Kinsey scale. The younger generation seems to associate "gay" with a certain set of behaviors, attitudes, and cultural obsessions("Barbra, Bette, and Judy")that they do not share, relics of a time when gay men needed coded icons to identify each other and make sense of their repression. I don't mind "Queer," but since I can name at least four films starring Barbara Stanwyck, I guess that makes me "Gay!"

anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

The "Q" in LGBTQ is for questioning. Incompassing more of our community. I prefer just gay for including everyone, but some want their our distinction. It is more important that we all consider ourselves as one group. Although with all our fascets, it is a struggle.

Slap! - Milo Ventimiglia
I've had two fairly recent requests for today's hottie - one from Dino, requesting him by name, and one from Bax, requesting him thusly:

the guy who plays his [Adrian Pasdar's] younger flying brother on Heros is so freekin hot
Well, I gotta agree. Milo Ventimiglia plays Peter Petrelli on Heroes and seems to look very good doing it. He played Jess Mariano on Gilmore Girls for several years.

Milo is also playing Robcy Balboa, Jr. in the Christmas release of Rocky Balboa. Now that should provide some nice views. Woohoo!

More Milo Ventimiglia

I can't believe this is the first time you've slapped him...

Nope, just to mention he hasn't put on any muscle singe Gilmore Girls...he's still exactly the same, just as hot and him
Nicholas | 2011-05-09 21:51

Actually, he is a bit toned up, due to the fact he plays the son of "Rocky Balboa" (translates as Rocky VI) this December.

He's a fighter, just like good old dad.
David | 2011-05-09 21:51

mmmmm cute. Looks like he's packed on some muscle since the Gilmore Girls and Heroes.

Frakking charge it, Starbuck!

Reading the Wall Street Journal this morning, an article about new credit card marketing gimmicks caught my eye. The companies have noticed that people not only apply for cards with gimmicks - they actually use them more.

And one of the newest ones is, you guessed it, a Battlestar Galactica credit card. And it actually lists you as a "Battlestar Galactica Fleet Member".

Yeesh. Now if it would identify me as a member of Captain Apollo's personal massage team, we'd be onto something.

If you're inclined to apply, here's your link.

It has an unbearable APR, though!

Slap! - Adrian Pasdar
In looking through my requests, I found that today's Slap was one of the most popular requests in my list. Adrian Pasdar had no less than three entries in the list from Mark, Lou and some anonymous benefactor.

I have to say, Adrian wouldn't be high on my list - he's got a certain sexiness to him, but there's something there that just doesn't past muster. But that's OK, he can play anyway.

As for his appearances, I noticed that he was on 3 episodes of Desperate Housewives, playing "David Bradley". Um. Who is David Bradley? I thought I had watched every episode of DH, but I don't remember him. Lately, he's been on Heroes playing Nathan Petrelli. And a couple of years ago he was on Judging Amy for quite some time.

As an aside, he's currently married to Dixie Chick Natalie Maines.

I don't know the correct procedure for suggesting a slap but here goes - Aussie (underwear) model Scottie Henderson - can be seen almost daily on Aus gameshow 'Temptation', Aus sleepwear guru Peter Alexander ( uses him in the Christmas catalogue (how you'd ever get any sleep is beyond me ;), lots of underwear ads for K-Mart... theres a huge thread devoted to him here -
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

Re the Desperate Housewives connection...he was the slimy lawyer in the 1st season that hit on Gabrielle time & again when she was trying to divorce Carlos. She'd hired him, but then realized it was a mistake to do that since he was such a slimeball.
Martin | 2011-05-09 21:51

Whoops...I just noticed Tom's comment, & he's right. It was for Carlos' defense, not divorce... he set up the conjugal visits for them. My bad.

He was also in Mysterious Ways

Slap! - Dave Annable
A little while ago, when I mentioned that there was speculation burning around T.R. Knight and his boyfriend, Spike posted a comment about Luke MacFarlane's co-star on the show - and today's Slap - Dave Annable, who plays Justin.

I didn't really pay much attention to Spike's comment, because I'd never seen him - but wow, was I missing the boat! Dave is fucking smoking! He's not been in much else, except Reunion, but it looks like Brothers & Sisters might be able to hang on. Tonight was the first episode I'd watched, but so far so good! So hopefully ABC will pull its head out of its corporate ass and make all of the episodes available online.

More Dave Annable

He looks a lot better with facial hair. DD
DD | 2011-05-09 21:51

Humm, another chest shaver. Well, at least Rob was able to find a few photos that show his hot hairy chest.
Steve | 2011-05-09 21:51

AMAZING! I came to the site today with every intention of suggesting Dave Annable as a slap and to my surprise....THERE HE WAS! It's incredible how well you can read minds. THANK YOU MUCH!
Brody | 2011-05-09 21:51

Another awesome and unexpected slap. I thought (and still believe) Dave was the hottest guy in Reunion. I am glad to see him back in Brothers and Sisters, and I agree with DD, the scruffy look suits him.

Slap! - Patrick Wilson
I was reminded by QueerBeacon's recent review of Little Children that I've never Slapped one of its stars, actor Patrick Wilson.

I first noticed Patrick in Angels in America - where he played a closeted Mormon struggling with his emerging sexuality. And where he had a great nude scene on the beach. If only it had been full frontal - you got to see his bits, but only from the back through his legs. (After the jump...)

He's also been in The Full Monty on Broadway - dammit, how did I miss that? And he played Raoul in the big-screen version of Phantom of the Opera. The last seems to have fulfilled his resolution:

To be in a movie or a play which doesn't require me to take off my clothes. Unless, of course, I don't get another job... In which case I'll be half-naked and whole-heartedly depressed for the rest of my career.
Well, Patrick, if I may - Phantom took care of that. So some of us out here would just as soon have you go back to roles where you take off your clothes a lot. It looks like the above-mentioned Little Children may have granted my wish...

More Patrick Wilson

Homely with a marginal, puffy body. Oh BOY! I fully support him in wanting to have his clothes on.
Chris | 2011-05-09 21:51

Oh, come now. I like his face. We can't all be Jamie!
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

Puffy nooooo, he has an exelent body. Again I wonder how some of you guys ever have any kind of human relationship with standards so high?

He's preety average looking in the face though, and I really don't like his hair line on his skull i mean (I'm really picky about hair, it's actually higher on my list than body)
Brandon Humphries | 2011-05-09 21:51

He also played William Travis in the remake of The Alamo.

Quite nice, I think, not too buff, and not too puff!

Slap! - Maxwell Zagorski
Chris wrote the other day to say:

Also, could we PUH-LEASE have a few CUTE, YOUNG, HAIRLESS, GAY-CLONE-type STUD MUFFINS mixed back in now?
Well, Chris, your wish is my command! And what better place to find cute, young, hairless, gay-clone-type stuf muffins than Abercrombie & Fitch? So today's victim is Maxwell Zagorski. I do have to take issue with calling him a "clone", though - he's way too hot to be called a clone.

This hot 18 year old said that when his contract ran out with A&F he was considering a move to L.A., possibly to act. And wouldn't that be peachy?? Perhaps he'll show us a bit more skin on screen...

More Maxwell Zagorski

Hotdamn. Excuse me must go shopping I feel the sudden need to buy something from A&F and bask in the near nakedness of it all.
Snarf | 2011-05-09 21:51

Have you ever thought it strange that even though A&F is a clothing store, it uses lots of skin in their ads? The message seems to be, "buy our clothes, and you will look like this!", but the "this" is a great body without clothes!

Slap! - Bruno Campos
Mark wrote a while back - honestly, it was probably ages ago to suggest today's Slap, actor Bruno Campos. I assume (who can tell, really?) that I agreed that Bruno was desperately deserving of a Slap at the time Mark wrote, but I never really found any good pics. I still don't have any really good pics (hint, hint to all you picture collectors out there...), but I thought I should go ahead and get him in anyway.

Lately, of course, Bruno's been holding court as Dr. Quentin Costa on Nip/Tuck, which I still can't believe that I've never seen. I first became aware of Bruno in the short-lived series Jesse. I remember next to nothing about Jesse - I can only assume it was bad, but I do remember watching it hoping to see more of Bruno...

As you might guess by looking at him, Bruno's from Brazil. He just has that lovely Brazilian furriness, doesn't he?

More Bruno Campos

P.S. Once again, I only have one record of a suggestion for Bruno - from Mark. But I kinda have a sneaking suspicion that someone else asked for him and I didn't write it down. If so, let me know!

Hot! Hot! Latin Hot! Loved him in Leap Years. Maybe I will have to start watching Nip/Tuck.
Jerry | 2011-05-09 21:51

Oh Yeah!!! Huge fan of Nip/Tuck (and I can't believe someone has not seen it yet!). Huge fan of Brazilian Men! Huge fan of Bruno's! Huge!
Michael | 2011-05-09 21:51

I like him in Leap Years....what happened to the show?
Matt | 2011-05-09 21:51

Hot Hot HOT!

The whole package is great, but it's the EYES that get me. Plus, he's actually a very good actor.

The other latin man (I think I remember reading that he's Cuban) that really gets to me in a similar way is Nestor Carbonelli (could be off on the spelling). He was on Suddenly Susan and The Tick and now he's on Lost. Truly one of the most beautiful men ever. And again, great eyes, voice and a really good actor.

And now, we return to your regularly scheduled Slapping, already in progress...

A while back, Andy wrote to suggest today's Slap, actor Christian Leblanc. Christian seems to be a regular soaper - he got his start on As the World Turns, spent some time here and there and now appears to be on The Young and the Restless.

Christian is 48 these days, and frankly he looks pretty damn good for being nearly 50. I hope I look so good in 11 years.

More Christian Leblanc

Update: D'oh! Somehow my record keeping went astray (surprise!), and I didn't have on file that Tom had requested Christian several months ago. Sorry, Tom! And, as usual, if I don't give credit where it's due, let me know!

Oh, and did I really say that Christian looked too old? Goodness, what's wrong with me? Well, I think it's fairly obvious what's wrong with me. Right. Anyway.

I'm nearly 60 and this guy is HOT CHICKEN for me... YUM...
chuck | 2011-05-09 21:51

snookiedoodle | 2011-05-09 21:51

There was an episodeof 'Red Shoes Diary" where this couple is having an aniversary and the wife decides to "Become" the cake. The chef, wearing only an apron, was played by Christian LeBlanc.

Boot! - Rick Santorum
Today's Slap, as you can see above, is actually a Boot. As in Rick Santorum - right out of office.

(Image courtesy of Princess Sparkle Pony)

I wish I could say that Marilyn Musgrave was joining Rick in the unemployment line; alas the voters of Colorado failed us. Not only did her district keep her (at least it looks that way, and it looks pretty solid), they passed the gay marriage ban, and defeated the domestic partnership initiative.

Regardless, I'm pretty happy with the election. And I don't think we'll have to worry about Hugh Hewitt's silly observation that Rick Santorum is available for the Supreme Court.

One more thing about the election...
I just have to say, I've heard a number of right-wing-nut pundits saying this morning that the election was entirely about Iraq. Nothing else.

Well, I just have to call shenanigans. I'm willing to concede that the war in Iraq was probably the biggest factor, but I think that the perceived problems with the Republican party go deeper than just the war in Iraq. Witness, most tellingly, the big pickup of governors' seats. Last I checked, the 50 governors didn't have any great influence on our Iraq policy.

So, no, it's not just the Iraq war. It's Terry Schiavo (no matter your position on Terry, the grandstanding that the Republicans from all corners did around her death was obscene); it's social policy of all sorts - people just don't appreciate having the government - at any level - legislate into their bedrooms; it's a fundamental resistance to the biblically dictated governance that many people see the Republicans as representing lately. And it's not just a repudiation of the Republican elected officials, it's a repudiation of James Dobson and his ilk too.

One unfortunate cognitive dissonanace here is gay marriage. Colorado elected a Democrat governor by a surprisingly wide margin; we passed an amendment to the state constitution raising the minimum wage (oy!), but the voters here also defeated, rather soundly, any extension of gay equality into the marriage arena. I think we'll get there, but it certainly won't be tomorrow.

Update: Oh, and ... I don't think the voting trouble in Denver caused the defeat of the domestic partnership initiative - it went down by more than the number of voters in the Denver area as far as I can tell...

Don't forget Katrina...
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

As I mentioned in my Slap post today (I'm still waiting for permission to use a picture, it should be up soon...), I mentioned Colorado's election results. I have to say that I'm disappointed.

My husband has an Aspen Blog he's operating, and he has some thoughts, including the observation that our home is the most gay-friendly place in the state! Woohoo!

Congratulations on your local vote %s - I was surprised Boulder was so low for gay rights. But even if the law isn't progress, the numbers are - Arizona was the first state ever to reject a ban when asked, and Colorado I'm pretty sure has leapfrogged Oregon to become the closest one that enacted it. And with the shift in Congress, there might be nearly as many people who would support a Federal ban, but the leadership won't be calling it for a vote. It's a step forward. Not a big one, but every one that's taken is another step toward that door, and out of the frickin bedroom!
John | 2011-05-09 21:51

I agree with John and I think gay ban amendments are quickly loosing their appeal to the right. In addition to Arizona and Colorado, the amendment barely passed in conservative South Dakota. Of course, it passed overwhelmingly in my home state of South Carolina, which I escaped years ago, thank God. But, these amendments didn't accomplish their main goal which was to get conservative Christian Republicans to the polls to vote for more Republicans.

Denver voting problems
Looks like Denver is seeing some voting problems today. Interestingly, the problem isn't with the voting machines (it worked great for me, and the reports say that they continue to work well), but with the computers handling verifying voter registration.

I have to say, when I voted, it was the most absurd procedure I think I've ever seen. There were no fewer than 4 stops as I went through the various steps.

Today, the procedure was so slow, and so poorly tested, that in many cases people were having to wait 2 to 3 hours to vote. The Denver Election Commission had to deploy extra servers in order to handle the load. This morning. What I can't believe is that they didn't do the load testing that would have shown them the problem in advance.

Denver is by far the biggest concentration of people who would vote for Referendum I, so there's no telling how these problems will affect the tally there. I'm still cautiously optimistic. Keep your fingers crossed.

I live in Denver and planned on early voting, but didn't get it done. After the lines two years ago I decided to go at the end of the day. I got home from work (in Boulder) at 4:45pm walked over to the "vote center" and was in line by 5:00pm, just ahead of the after work rush (or so I thought). When I was done voting it was 7:40pm. All I can say is the Denver Election Commission has a lot to answer for.
Bill | 2011-05-09 21:51

I should have said after the lines first thing in the morning four years ago. And I did get my vote in favor of "I" and against "43."
Bill | 2011-05-09 21:51

Egads. 5-7:40?

I left the house at 6pm to vote ... stopped at a drugstore afterward and was home by 6:20. Sometimes it pays to live in Buffalo :)
DannyK | 2011-05-09 21:51

Why do I get the feeling if the republicans lose & democrats win it will be attributed to "computerized voting problems"?
Snarf | 2011-05-09 21:51

British and US aeronautics experts unveiled plans Monday for a new generation of silent aircraft, designed to slash noise output while also slashing fuel consumption. The single wing aircraft, which looks a bit like a spaceship, would hold 250 passengers and use 25 percent less fuel than the current average, said its creators who hope to have it flying commercially by 2030.
I can't imagine why it'll take 24 years, but I'm not an aerospace engineer, so what do I know?

Still, it's cool...

It's voting time!
Yes, as you might have heard, it's Election Day. Haha.

Anyway, I'm hoping that all of my U.S. readers have read up on the issues and the candidates and are already heading out the door to vote. Me? I took advantage of early voting in Denver and cast my ballot last Monday.

It's an especially important election in Colorado because we have two gay-related items on the ballot.

Referendum I would create a "separate but equal" legal status for same-sex couples in Colorado. They would have most of the rights and responsibilities of married couples (at least at the state level) and it would be officially called "domestic partnership".

Amendment 43, on the other hand, would be an amendment to the state constitution declaring that a marriage is between a man and a woman only.

So we here are watching the results on both of these questions very carefully. If you're curious, CNN will be showing results here.

The latest I heard is that Referendum I has a reasonable chance of passing, but I haven't heard any good statistics on Amendment 43.

I hope it works out for the best. Here in Blighty (The UK), we can partner up OK, and feel lucky to live in a community where most people are OK with it. As for the marriage description, that's a tough one. My partner and I often talk about our commitment ceremony as a marriage, and we've not gone for the civil partnership yet. I believe that the term "marriage" is probably still the most apt way of putting it. I just hope everyone keeps their head.

Slap! - Bryan Greenberg
Today's Slap comes courtesy of Martin - he wrote to suggest actor Bryan Greenberg. Bryan's been in various things, but most of his screen time seems to have been recorded in One Tree Hill with former Slaps James Lafferty and Chad Michael Murray. His other work seems to consist of single episode guest appearances on lots of different things.

Which is really too bad. Bryan is so hot! That light fuzz he always seems to have on his face, and the perfect little thatch of hair on his chest!

Slap! - Taylor Kitsch
Ian wrote recently to see that he'd seen the movie The Covenant and that he thought all of the guys were screaming hot and desperately in need of a good hard Slap. Well, he didn't phrase it quite that way, but I know that's what he meant...

Anyway, I've already Slapped a couple of the guys, including Steven Strait and Chace Crawford, but his request reminded me that I haven't yet Slapped Taylor Kitsch. And he needs it if for no other reason than his name!

But as you've already figured out, it's about much more than his name. As you'll see after the jump, Taylor got his start modeling - and although I don't see something that's explicitly Abercrombie in there, a couple of the pictures look highly likely.

Since The Covenant, Taylor has landed a role on NBC's new football drama Friday Night Lights. As cute as Taylor is, I have no intention of watching Friday Night Lights - I get enough football during the year, thank you very much. Is it any good?

Taylor also had a small part - he was waaaaaaaay down the list of credits - in Snakes on a Plane. I'm guessing he was killed early by one of the snakes.

More Taylor Kitsch

You know, I'm really gonna have to see The Covenant. There's just too much appealing eye candy to put it off any longer. I honestly can't believe I waited this long.

Friday Night Lights is one of the best new shows this season. I've never watched a football game in my life and I love the show. Kyle Chandler is awesome and hot too.
Ryan | 2011-05-09 21:51

Very good slap. And yes, I think Friday Night Lights is an excellent series, I enjoy it very much.

Not really based on the book or movie (both also very good), but once you get to know the characters you can almost forget the regretable choice for "handheld" style of direction.

I suppose it is mean to be like a documentary, but it just maked me seasick.

Michael | 2011-05-09 21:51

Actually the show is quite awful. I give any show 3 episodes to keep me interested and, while I LOVED the movie, this show is simply not interesting. (I watch about 35 hours of tv a week) I mean it's well made and all but it has a "mheh" & "who cares" feeling to it. I couldn't get emotionally involved with any of the characters. Although I must say it is a better pairing with Monday's "Heroes" than the terribly underrated "Studio 60".
Stuart | 2011-05-09 21:51

In "Snakes On A Plane" I'm pretty sure he's the really hot surfer-type guy that gets bitten while joining the mile-high club with his gf. If you haven't seen the movie, it's worth renting for that scene, plenty of exposed skin ;-)

OK, this really isn't random, but I figured there are a certain number of Jamie Bamber fans out there who are probably stopping by, so I should get these up. This week Lee has managed to shed his weight (damn, that was fast!) and is back to his old form. Heck, he looks even better!

So, technically I suppose this is a spoiler for people who haven't seen the show yet, but it really doesn't spoil anything to see him looking like this. Wow.

We now return to your regularly scheduled programming.

Slap! - Neil Patrick Harris
In case Bent is your only source of news (dear god, perish the thought!), you may not know that Neil Patrick Harris just came out of the closet:

The public eye has always been kind to me, and until recently I have been able to live a pretty normal life. Now it seems there is speculation and interest in my private life and relationships.

So, rather than ignore those who choose to publish their opinions without actually talking to me, I am happy to dispel any rumors or misconceptions and am quite proud to say that I am a very content gay man living my life to the fullest and feel most fortunate to be working with wonderful people in the business I love.
Once again, I think this is just great. The more actors that feel comfortable coming out of the closet - especially while they're employed in a successful project - the better. So since I already watch Grey's Anatomy I may just start watching How I Met Your Mother.

Anyway, you may remember Neil as the eponymous star of Doogie Howser, M.D.. His career continued with several guest appearances on various TV shows, and after a few years he landed a role in Starship Troopers. Now, of course, he's playing the womanizing Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother.

Oh, and... Does he look hot lately or what? Many thanks to the guys over at Dreamcaps for posting such a nice collection of hot pics!

Slap! - Clive Owen
Reaching back into the request archives again, we go with the Slap as recommended by Lou and by Mike - U.K. actor Clive Owen. Clive's resume is quite varied, including appearances in such films as The Bourne Identity and the excellent (I thought) Inside Man with Denzel Washington and Jodie Foster.

He also played King Arthur in Arthur. And, most importantly - at least from my perspective - he played Max in Bent. Frankly, what an incredible name for a movie...

I really have to say, Clive has a spectacular ass and quite a nice cock. It doesn't look huge, but nicely sized from the limited view after the jump. Heck - I love the fact that he's willing to take it all of on camera. And his rugged looks when he doesn't shave just make my knees weak. And he could use just a skosh more hair on his chest, but I'm not gonna complain.

More Clive Owen

I have to get this written before all the blood drains from my y y ... head. . . .nnnrrggghghgh....

...ok I'm conscious again. I fell over backward in my chair. What happened? ohhh, I was looking at pictures of Clive Owennn .. .. nnnnrrrrghghg.

What film did the frontal shots come from?
anonymous | 2011-05-09 21:51

The frontal shots come from a film called 'Close my eyes'.

Slap of the Month - October!
It's official, Adrian Bellani is October's Slap of the Month!

And interestingly, perennial Bent favorite Jamie Bamber came in second! I think I'm getting a reputation...

Anyway, believe it or not - my vote this month went to Luke Roberts! He's rather ... dare I say it? Bamber-ish...

Although I was really torn and nearly voted for the Cosmo guys - specifically Mr. Arizona:

Oh, and somebody who was too scared to leave his name left 15 (16?) comments suggesting that I rename the site "Bamberama". While it has a certain ring to it, I think that since he only got one Slap this year - and an occasional mention here or there - it's not really apt, even if he is my favorite.

Bamberama guy here - didn't mean to send it 16 times - computer got hung up in the attempt to send it once. Sorry about that!
not scared, just don't see the need | 2011-05-09 21:51

Nothing against our host - you're hopeless, but it just makes you that much more endearing. I just couldn't believe - when I checked the voting to see if there was a last-minute surge of support for Lucky - that he'd dropped into third. And no, I'm not Lucky Vanous, or a friend of his, or his mother. Never met him. But if anyone has nis number....
Still not scared :-P | 2011-05-09 21:51

Slap! - Keanu Reeves
Today's Slap - suggested by nobody, as far as I can tell (how can that be??) - is actor Keanu Reeves. We won't discuss Keanu's acting here, but he certainly is pretty. He's one of my favorite actors - becuase he's usually compliant about taking his shirt off in his movies. And in some cases he'll take off more - I've never seen a frontal, but I've seen some good side-als.

Slapping him occurred to me because I saw him in Bram Stoker's Dracula yesterday - and that "rape" scene with all the invisible female vampires is just so hot. Yikes!

And who could forget his turn as a gay hustler in My Own Private Idaho? Or his turn as a surfer in Point Break? There was some very nice skin there.

He's best known, of course, for his role as Neo in The Matrix trilogy, but there wasn't much skin in there -- and I don't remember any skin at all on the bus.

As for the rumors about Keanu's sexuality, it seems like I've heard them all, from apparently good sources. Alas, however, they are still just rumors since I haven't gotten him in bed myself. But it's fun to speculate anyway.

More Keanu Reeves

He's not really aging well but he's still a beautiful man. Good choice. I wish there were more shirtless photos.

Keanu is absolutely beautiful! Thanks especially for the great ass shot!
Kevin | 2011-05-09 21:51

The reason for a lack of full frontal views may be that ugly laparotomy scar he has down the middle of his abdomen from sternum to pubes. I believe that is from his motorcycle accident when he suffered a ruptured spleen. Anyway the world needs a few beautiful flakes, of no fixed abode and ambiguous sexuality to make it interesting.

October is the best month I can remember in a while. In addition to a fresh Slap of Jamie Bamber (who you know needed it...), there was the new Desperate Hottie Josh Henderson, the complete set of Cosmo's bachelors, and Mile High's Luke Roberts. Yow! I may have to cheat and cast multiple votes.

Slap! - Kelvin Fletcher
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away someone wrote to suggest today's Slap, Kevin Fletcher from Emmerdale. Unfortunately, I don't remember who it was, and I can't track down the e-mail, so if it was you, give a shout out!

Anyway, Kevin Fletcher. I have to say that this is one stunning creation. I really think I'm gonna have to track down a friend in the U.K. where I can put a Slingbox. There are just so many cute guys showing so much nice skin over there. The only drawback I see to Kevin is a kind of horse-face appearance in some pictures. But his spectacular ass completely makes up for that.

As for Emmerdale - um, what's it about? Is it good?

More Kevin Fletcher

Update: D'oh! Thanks for the name correction, Danny.

Update 2: Philip wrote to say that he was the one who suggested Kelvin. Thanks, Philip!

Minor correction. His first name is Kelvin not Kevin
