I need no primer on today's Slap - Josh Hartnett will be familiar to nearly everyone who reads this. I must say, however, that I'm absolutely amazed that I've never slapped him before. I have two things to apologize for today. One is the tardiness of this slap. I just got really jammed up this morning and couldn't get it together. The movie that did it for me with Spader was Crash. I was in a art theatre watching this NC17 rated flick, Spader was showing alot of skin. In true Supply and Demand, the buyer has a choice of sellers, offering their product at various prices and, they have the choice to not consume, when their demand curve doesn't intersect a supply curve at an acceptable point. Instead, you have sellers fixing the price at extremely high levels and making huge profits. I don't care what their overhead is, profit is profit and when it is measured in Billions of dollars, we're getting screwed.
I can stop buying steak when the price per pound gets too high and eat hamburger instead. I can skip going up to my summer place for the weekend instead of paying $100 round trip in gas, but, I can't stop driving my car completely, since I use it for work. I just paid the bills - $500+- in gas for the cars; $198 on the budget plan for gas for heat and $90 for electric. Well over a good car payment and half a nice house payment. I think anyone ought to be happy with "Millions" for profit.

An update
I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone who sent along their nice words last week - I know I run a web site where we all come to check out hot guys (and read the occasional snarky comment), but I really love doing it. And it's starting to feel just a little bit like a community. And as I worked on today's slap (yes, they're back!) I found it more than a little therapeutic.
So again, thank you - all of you - for your nice words. They mean so much.
I'm so sorry to just getting to read about your dad's passing. I'm glad you're feeling a bit better, though. :)

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their nice words in the past couple of days. It's surprising - I know very few of you, but it really meant a lot.
By way of explanation, my father passed away on Wednesday and I just couldn't find the energy to do much of anything. The funeral was yesterday and my family and I are recovering today, but I expect normal slapping will resume tomorrow - Monday at the latest.
Sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I hope you're feeling a bit better. Don't hesitate to take what time you need to recharge yourself. Warm thoughts.

I do so love that picture! My one problem is that I feel a wee bit like a hypocrite as I drive around in my Tahoe. You remember Dante's Cove, the film from here! that seems destined to be a fun gay soap opera. Well, The Malcontent was lovely enough to alert me to some some screencaps he published on his site that you'll probably enjoy. As I think I said before, the movie didn't really cream my twinkie, but the scenery is excellent.
Most of the time I'll find Slaps for a particular day by surfing around (usually based on your suggestions) and seeing what I can find. On those days I can give credit where credit is due. Other days, I poke around on my hard drive and see what makes me hard. In those cases, I generally have no idea where the pictures came from - and unfortunately, that's how it is today. I'll give credit to famousmales forums and Dreamcaps generally, but if you recognize your pictures, speak up!
So with that said my power just went out and I can't post what I'm typing. I'll type anyway with my fingers crossed that the power comes back in the next few minutes. Today's slap, at Rich's suggestion, is former Aussie tennis star Pat Rafter. In 1997 he won his first career Grand Slam title at the USOpen in New York; he managed to win once more at the USOpen and twice at Wimbledon before retiring. He went through a period where he looked really skanky with nasty hair, but lately he's back to his normal great look. And Bonds seems to agree, having picked him up as an underwear model. I can't think of a sexier model. Well, there's always Jamie Bamber - but he should be modeling air.

I just wanted to apologize to everyone out there for not being very responsive on my e-mails lately. I had a bit of a family emergency and haven't been able to keep up like I normally do. Today's slap, Will Smith, has long been one of my favorite actors. He always seems to play the same character, but at least I enjoy that - and he is good at it. Several people have asked for him, and I guess he just got lost in the shuffle until now. Regardless, he looks amazing - just look at that chest!!
As an interesting aside, Will was recently the subject of some light controversy here in Aspen. He was planning on hosting a New Year's Eve party at his home here - and was looking for sponsors. Yup - he wanted corporate sponsors to underwrite the $650,000 party in order to get access to the Hollywood A-listers that would be in attendance. Several PR people were critical, but it's certainly less obnoxious than Starr Jones and here sponsored wedding.

Good Actor, but please....he looks icky naked....please stick with "hot" guys, that make you almost stop breathing and/or momemtarily get you light headed if you know what I mean...

awwww....come on, give the guy a break, he can't help it if he's straight. I know that if I saw Eric on the street, I'd check him out!!! AND, I know that if I met a gay lawyer that looked as good as Will, I doubt very much he'd be single, for as long as Will has been anyway. I give Eric his due, he's a very nice looking guy.

He has wonderfully dark fur in his armpits and it makes me mad with desire for him. Agree the show has become a bore, I can't even watch this, the last season. And I agree anyone that good looking would not have any trouble at least getting people to date him. Finding a partner? Well, that's another story. :)

Even though Sean Hayes plays the part of Jack way, way over the top, I still think Eric McCormack is the bigger queen. Sean certainly has the better body!!!

He's never done anything for me. On an unrelated note (and certainly through no fault of the actors), it's irritating that after, what, 8 or 9 years, the male leads can never have anything approximating real affection or intimacy with another guy on Will & Grace.
